• Students are taught how a horse thinks, responds to commands,  strength training, saddling and mounting and proper horse care 

• Lessons are available from beginner to Congress level

• The farm works on western, English, showmanship, horsemanship western riding, and trail course.

• We allow you to use our own horse or yours

• We recommend wearing a boot with a heel. We do offer a large selection of boots and helmets at no charge.

• Long sleeve shirt and sweat shirt (during winter months) to ride in along with jeans. Indoor arena is fully heated. 

• All new lessons will be one on one with an instructor

• Heated viewing area with bathroom

• Coco and popcorn will be available during the winter

Class Offerings and Costs:

Private Saturday Lessons:

30-Minutes $45.00 | 1-Hour $90.00

• Kids 5 & under will be assigned to a pony (Only available for 30-minute ride)

• Kids 6 & over will be assigned to a horse (Available for 30-minute or 1-Hour)

• Introduction to brushing, leading, and riding. 

Group Lessons | $45.00/hour - Only available weekdays

4 Prepaid Group Lessons | $160.00

• 1 Excused absence (cancelled by Northfork or individual) is permitted within the 4 prepaid lessons as long as the cancellation policy has been met.

Private Lessons: $90.00/Hour​

Cancellation Policy:

• All lessons must be cancelled at least 24-hour prior to scheduled lessons to be eligible for package credit.
