Riding Instructions are in an enclosed pen
with very well trained gentle horses.

Western, English, Jumping, Showmanship, Horsemanship
Western Riding, Trail

Kids are taught how a horse thinks, responds to commands, Strength Training, care of the Horse, proper Saddling and Mounting

Kids are taught starting at age 6 and up.

Beginner lessons for 5 and  6 year olds start on our miniature horses


Family Discounts are available.

We have 8 Levels of Achievement for the goal oriented rider.

2nd Level riders can go on a trail ride as long as
they are 7 years of age or older.

Main Riding Instructor has over 20 year’s experience teaching and training.

Tuesday and Thursday Afternoons
Sunday's all day

Heated barn for students to get their horse ready
Indoor arena for Winter
Large outdoor arena for summer
both have great footing


Cost $30.00 per hour

package of 4 prepaid lessons $100.00
must be used within 5 weeks, up to 4 students
in a class

Shows Lesson with only 2 students are $35.00 per hour

Show Clinics for the advance rider and horse

Aug. 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 
Can sign up for one or all days each month
You will only pay for the classes you take each day
We will work at least one hour one each class, if the class
runs over one hour there is no charge.

English pleasure and Equitation
Western pleasure, Horsemanship , Western Riding
Jumping, Trail,  Showmanship

 Classes  will depend on the needs of the students  

Cost $25.00 per hour for up to 4 students

$20.00 per hour for 5 to 7 students

 We will work about 3 hours per day, you may bring your camper to stay overnight, $10.00 per day camping

I would encourage you to work on your own for a second workout.

There is no cost to keep your horse overnight, you will be required to bring feed and bedding.


Levels offered at the farm for lesson or camp students
LEVEL 1

1. Using one horse, completing a series of maneuvers at the walk,
    trot, and lope.
2. Acknowledge 18 horse parts.
3. Saddle horse.
Approximate time to complete 1-2 weeks


LEVEL 2

1. Riding all 12 camp horses, completing series of maneuvers on each one.
2. Acknowledge 38 total horse parts.
3. Complete 4 horse care classes.
Approximate time to complete --4 weeks


LEVEL 3

1. Training a camp horse to do a series of maneuvers.
2. Complete a total of 8 horse classes.
3. 2 weeks training different camp horses.
Approximate time to complete 6 months

During Level 3 you may lease a camp horse
the cost is $150.00 per month the farm will take care of all expenses

Kids my also trade riding time for helping at the farm
need to be 12 years and close to finishing 3rd level

At 14 you can be hired at the farm if you have completed 3 levels
